On File: Ballot 37 Results
Analysis at the end
Analysis
Those active in Lake Worth politics are probably fewer than a hundred with
another fifty or so that remain connected but are not so active unless problems
strike close to a nerve. Control questions 13 – 15 indicate
the distribution from opposing views.
As stated previously any extrapolations from this sample for predicting what
the general public will is… depends on how you view the representative nature of the core 100. Do they represent the will of the people and what extent is purely speculative.
These ballots will be
rotated throughout the election along with other issue ballots to see what trends may develop.
During these first voting sessions, we are getting a feel for this state of
the art system. We are debugging the operational glitches and creating refinements
for the future transition into our first promotional campaign designed to increase
the visibility of the System and the positive things it can contribute to the
community, the commission, and to Peace in our city… by making government
work like it should. In the meantime, we are all learning a little more about ourselves and
our city in a totally new and innovative way.
First is the 96% that believe they should be able to vote on what happens to
the beach with one lone vote in opposition.
85% are against removing the beach front parking
93% are against going back to nature and having a passive park at the beach
82% believe the Chamber of Commerce is politically charged despite CEO’s
claim
82% are in favor of charging impact fees for new development putting new load
on the electric system
50% would agree to having this CRA board terminated, while another 21% give it very low grades,
but 25% rate it about average to above average.

On File: Go Daddy Web Hosting... is it what they say?
Go Daddy Web Hosting... is it as good as they say?

High site downtime, server down, slow server, 20 minute waits for tech support are serious indications
Go Daddy is not what it used to be. Having had a good experience with
Go Daddy from years ago (immediate tech support, site always up, fast working
site, I recommended Go Daddy to many friends), in March of 2007, I placed a
new site on Go Daddy and at first everything went well. But after 6 months with
a few major problems like not being able to upload/download anything to my
site for 8 hours… other more serious problems arose causing clients to call
with complaints of a slow or non working site. This is truly embarrassing for
any site owner. Go Daddy performance claims weren’t adding up.
