Subject: mayoral candidate website blocked by city of lake worth

Dear Mrs Lopez,

A number of employees have reported to me that they are being blocked from accessing my website http://lakeworthmedia.com. When employees try to access my site they have a blue screen with the following image:


Employees also reported that they WERE able to access the following sites:

The implication is that the city is trying to influence the outcome of an election by selectively targeting a candidate and his website.

I would like to hear from you asap as to whom instructed Information Technology to place this block and for what reasons did it target not only my site but Lynn Anderson's site, http://lynn-a.blogspot.com ... although hers has been unblocked recently.

If this was an intentional assault/block against your web site in order to suppress the truth or your point of view, it is a cowardly act. I will be very interested to see if you get a reply from the City.

I visited all the other candidate websites listed, and they all have one thing LWM doesn't have: positive messages that inspire positive results. They also have some semblance of professionalism.

Lake worth Media, on the other hand, is just a cranky, unconstructive criticism of the status quo without offering anything that might improve the way things are.

Sorry, Bill, I when I saw your TV ad I came here and gave you a chance. I don't see anything on this entire website that says you can do a better job. And I've spent a couple hours here. All you do is complain in a curmudgeonly fashion, with no real solutions to any of the unique problems the City of Lake Worth faces.
