No, this is not a photo from a third world country

OF OUT SHUFFLEBOARD COURT
September 7th 2009 - This is the location of Javier Del Sol's campaign fund
raiser/meet, greet and eat (bring your own food and drink) tonight at 6 PM at
the Lake Worth Shuffle Board Court. "This is a grass roots elbow
grease powered campaign," says the literature.
His campaign "will focus on ecological wisdom" and "he is seeking
this office because he believes in a green philosophy that challenges him to
take responsibility for being part of the change he wants to see in the world."
Wonderful ideas. But maybe instead of the world at large, Javier might start
tonight's crusade closer to home here in Lake Worth ...and by thinking "green"
with the help of some of those "elbow grease powered campaigners"...
maybe they could inspire themselves to clean up some of the toxic filth left
behind by the mentoring center which has reduced a Lake Worth asset to the appearance
of something more likely found in a third world country.

These used to support benches... note the cement patch work where someone evidently
broke off a chunk of support concrete
