On page 4 (of the pdf) of Stanton's report; Human Resource director Diane Clark
makes a false and misleading statement in an apparent attempt to villify Mr
Reyes. She claimed he had falsified his employment application by leaving out
his six month employment at Omicron from 5/97 to 11/97. Since he was to list
his employment for the past ten years and he was hired in July of 2007... the
six month Omicron employment was on the cusp of the ten year period.
In order to get something on Reyes to discredit him, Ms Clark deliberately
withheld Mr Reyes resume from public view because it was there that he included
his employment at Omicron and his resume WAS ATTACHED TO THE APPLICATION. AND
HIS EMPLOYMENT AT OMICRON WAS DISCUSSED DURING HIS EMPLOYMENT INTERVIEW.
Mr Reyes' resume which was directly attached to the application was an integral
part of the application and proves he did not falsify his application nor did
he withhold any information from the city. However, the EXCLUSION of his resume
in her report and thereby hiding it from public view while falsly accusing Mr
Reyes behind his back to the commission, media and select members of the public
...shows the underhandedness and the malicious intent of city management and
Diane Clark in particular to stop at nothing to discredit and malign Mr Reyes
reputation and integrity in a vicious campaign of slander. What makes it deliberate
is the fact the Diane Clark would have had to read the resume to know about
Omicron. And the conspicuous absence of the resume in this report implies that
she deliberately excluded it for opportunity.
It is also noteworthy that LWM info request for personnel files (including Ms Clark's) have been withheld in violation of Sunshine Law for weeks now. In addition, Ms Clark has released written particulars about Mr Reyes and Mr Jordan's termination... but has withheld those documents from Mr Reyes and Mr Jordan in violation of HR policy. Attorney Cathleen Scot has requested they be turned over immediately.
